Spring 2014 - Sweetly Ever After

Theater Workshop presents Sweetly Ever After, an original play that draws inspiration from Roald Dahl and Lewis Carroll. Audiences will be enchanted as they follow Charlie Bucket, a polite and well-mannered boy, who inherits Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory only to find himself in a fantastical and unpredictable world where rules and time are irrelevant. Discover the challenges of the candy factory as Charlie tries to manage this crazy environment and mix of characters that are oddly familiar yet fresh and new. Sweetly Ever After is written by Stacey April Fix and features teacher, David Williams, as Willy Wonka.  With show stopping dances and spectacular colorful costumes the cast of 78 fill the theater with high energy and laughter. The unique story results in unusual twists that will delight theater goers of all ages and everyone who loves a story that ends sweetly ever after.
