A-OK! Testimonials and Letters
Theater Workshops A-OK Spring 2021 program was a success! We enjoyed connecting with the senior community in collaboration with the Council on Aging and the Newbury Town Library. Thank you to all who welcomed us onto their lawns! Here is some of the feedback we have received:

It is ages since you came here with your young actors to perform on the lawn for us. I just wanted to write to tell you that your visit was one of the best things to happen to us this summer and lingers in our memory.

I took a small video and have sent it to family and friends. I still look at it on my phone from time to time to remember.
The card Owen wrote ‘ I sing, dance and draw” is still on the table.
Owen writes he is 7 years old - this is the same age as one of my grand children, Charlie - so I sent the video to his father for him to see.
I do hope you carry on your performances.
They were a gift and came out of boundless kindness.
Hoping to stay in touch and would like to hear about future projects you are doing with your fine young actors.

Hi Stacey,
I heard from Alba this afternoon. She was calling to say how wonderful her entertainment was on Saturday. She said it was touching, brought her happiness and joy, gave her goosebumps, and in the end brought her to tears. She said she has not seen something that was so full of love and devotion like this performance. She felt the students we genuine and this came from their hearts. She was so impressed! She commented on the costumes (someone was wearing wings), the hand puppets, the beautiful colors of the hands, and that each color meant something. She also said how the kids all introduced themselves and asked her for her name as well. She said her neighbors watched too and enjoyed it very much. She wanted to make sure the students know how much she enjoyed it and their performance really touched her. She told me at the end of our conversation, “I’m so impressed I haven’t shut up!” Just wanted to share with you how thrilled Alba was to be a recipient of one of your performances and that it meant so much to her. Thank you to you, your staff, and your students!

Just spoke to Mr. Rockwood... they loved it! He used the word breathtaking! Big hit!
Good Monday morning! I just heard from the Saradjian’s from Plum Island… they LOVED it!!! They couldn’t speak more highly! Thurs pm went well.. Henry and Sophie are amazing.
